• Healthcare Authorities

• Police Authorities

All orders must be sent in the form of an Official Purchase Order, which is to include:

• Official Purchase Order Number
• Delivery Address
• Invoice Address (if Different)
• Account Contact, Name and Number
• Order Contact, Name and Number

All invoices to be settled within 30 days
